As we approach the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, we are continuing to evaluate crowds and available terrain on a day-by-day basis in order to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Employee/Dependent Skiing & Riding Restrictions
At this time, there are no plans to restrict employee or dependent passes at any of our resorts during the upcoming holidays. We will communicate if restrictions are deemed necessary at any point over the next couple of weeks so please continue to check your email daily for updates.
If you or your dependents plan to visit any of our resorts during the holidays, please be sure to check in advance for any restrictions at that location. We appreciate your consideration of crowding impacts during the peak holidays and anything you can do to support the experience for our visiting guests.
Further, as a reminder, Vail Resorts employee and dependent passes are not valid at Stowe for the 2017-2018 season (with the exception of Stowe employees). We will communicate any Stowe restrictions directly to Stowe employees.

We encourage all employees, in and out of uniform, to be courteous to our guests by dining earlier or later in the day at our busiest locations.
As a reminder, employees receive 50 percent off food and non-alcoholic beverages, with a per day maximum, at Vail Resorts-owned food court restaurants. This discount is intended for the employee only. You also may receive discounts at our Vail Resorts-owned sit-down restaurants; please inquire at the restaurant for details.
