Parking Update – NEW Code & IMPORTANT information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW – Please read the entire email.

The code to the WOLF Lot will change on Friday, March 3 to 2017

  • The Wolf Lot is intended for employees who are working. Employees who use this lot on their day off will potentially displace an employee who is trying to park for their shift.
Non-working employees should park in the Elk or Bear Lots.
  • Access to the Wolf Lot should always be via Prater Road. Employee stickers do not provide access through the main Beaver Creek entry gate.
  • For employees who arrive to work after 1:00, you are asked to park in the Bear or Elk lots as those lots are free after 1:00 for both guests and employees. You will need to pull a ticket upon entering the lot and use that ticket to exit the lot for free.
  • Public safety will provide validated tickets AT THE GATE OF THE WOLF LOT when the Wolf Lot is full to allow employees to park in the Bear or Elk Lots for free. You will need to pull a ticket when entering the Bear or Elk Lot, then insert the ticket pulled when entering the lot when you exit, you can then insert the validated ticket to exit for free. It often helps to think of using the validated ticket just as you would your credit card if you were paying to exit the lot.
  • All Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch employees, regardless of what business they work for, are offered punch cards (10 punches for $50) to park in the Bear and Elk Lots at a 50% discount.  These are available at all Beaver Creek ticket offices.Punch cards are valid for this season only.
  • There is a great app available to find out exactly when the next shuttle will arrive.
Download the BCTransit app in the App Store or Google Play.
