End of Season Uniform Return/Tune-Up

END OF SEASON UNIFORM RETURN/TUNE-UP

  • All Ski School Employees (supervisors, instructors, admin, support staff) are asked to return all uniform pieces at the end of this ski season.
  • This will allow the uniform department to schedule repairs and water-proofing as well as order needed pieces for their inventory.

 

Uniform Return Procedures from the Beaver Creek Uniform Department

  • All uniform pieces must be returned by April 28th in order to set up vendors for water-proofing and repair.
  • Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. 
  • We hope that all employees can return their own uniform to the warehouse so we can have this face to face time to discuss with the employees any issues regarding their uniform.
  • Please wash all pieces before returning to the uniform department.  Your admin will provide soap if needed.
  • If dropping off before or after hours, please put in a bag that will not rip along with a piece of paper with employee name (first and last), employee ID#, and with a cell phone number, so we may contact you with any issues.

All uniforms for the 2017-2018 season will be issued starting 11/1/2017.

 

Any employee that does not return their uniform by April 28th will be contacted by ski school management.
