End of Season Paperwork – Important Instructions

Hello Beaver Creek Pro,

The end of the season is quickly approaching and we want to make sure you have all the information needed to end the season.  Please see the below steps for end of season protocol.

  1.  Sign your End of Season Paperwork in the admin office
  • If you are working for Vail Resorts this Spring/Summer, YOU MUST LET YOUR ADMIN KNOW when you sign your end of season paperwork
  1.  Return ALL pieces of your uniform to the uniform department before 
    April 28th
  • All uniforms will be re-waterproofed and repaired over the summer
  • Please wash all pieces of your uniform before returning to the uniform department (soap is available in the admin office)
  • Any employee who does not return their uniform by April 28th will be contacted by the Ski and Snowboard School Management Team
  • Please ask for a receipt upon returning your uniform for your records
  • If dropping off before or after hours, please put all pieces of your uniform in a bag and attach a piece of paper with the following information:
    • Employee Name (First & Last)
    • Employee #
    • Employee Cell Phone Number

  1.  Double check your Pay Advice  
  • Pay changes must be submitted in a timely manner
  • Check your PSIA Currency
  1.  Clean out your locker
  • Any items left in your lockers will be removed
