Employee Parking update – NEW code and IMPORTANT information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW – Please read the entire email.

The code to the WOLF Lot will change on Friday, December 16 to 3264

  • The Wolf Lot is intended for employees who are working. Employees who use this lot on their day off will potentially displace an employee who is trying to park for their shift.
Non-working employees should park in the Elk or Bear Lots.
  • Access to the Wolf Lot should always be via Prater Road. Employee stickers do not provide access through the main Beaver Creek entry gate.
  • For employees who arrive to work after 1:00, you are strongly encouraged to park in the Bear or Elk lots as those lots are free after 1:00 for both guests and employees. You will need to pull a ticket upon entering the lot and use that ticket to exit the lot for free.
  • We recognize that there will likely be days when the Wolf Lot does fill. We do have overflow plans in place, but the execution of these plans will depend on how many more employees we will need to park on a given day and how busy we are parking guests on that day. We have no intention of charging working employees to park.
  • Parking Stickers for employees will now be available at the front desk of the Reception Center located just inside the main gate. This desk is open from 8:30am-5:30pm.
  • All Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch employees, regardless of what business they work for, are offered punch cards (10 punches for $50) to park in the Bear and Elk Lots at a 50% discount.  These are available at all Beaver Creek ticket offices.
  • There is a great app available to find out exactly when the next shuttle will arrive.
Download the BCTransit app in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Morning Shuttle times are as follows:
Wolf Lot Departure         Covered Bridge Arrival
