Employee Carpool Program – 2x incentive points this weekend!

THIS WEEKEND, FRIDAY-SUNDAY, 2X INCENTIVE POINTS FOR EMPLOYEE CARPOOL PROGRAM.  We are expecting high volumes this weekend, and are doubling the incentive point values to encourage employee to ease stress on the Wolf Lot, to help avoid overflowing.  For days carpooled this weekend, double the incentive points on your tracking sheet.

Beaver Creek’s Employee Carpool incentive program is currently underway.  Attached you will find the necessary “tracking” sheet which will provide you with the pertinent information as well as the space to “track” your carpooling incentive points.  The form can be printed out double sided and utilized.  Below is a quick overview of the program.

Beaver Creek Employee Carpool Program

This program is intended for use by “on-duty” employees working in Beaver Creek while driving or riding as part of a carpool to work only.   Each employee will be responsible for tracking (on provided tracking sheet) their days carpooling, either as a driver or a rider, and turning the tracking sheet into their managers.

  • The approved “tracking” form is to be used as part of the Beaver Creek Employee Carpooling program, for on-duty days only.  This form is to be used to track an individual’s points, earning different point values based on below factors.  Each form is to be utilized until all spaces/dates are filled in, or an incentive level is reached.

  • To qualify for carpool incentives, there must be two or more Beaver Creek employees riding in one vehicle riding/driving to or from work, or utilizing the ECO Bus or Avon Bus to or from work.

  • The employee who is using the carpool program must submit an approved Carpool Incentive form. The form will list each day a driver or rider carpooled to work at Beaver Creek, and will include the mileage for each day.

  • Round trip mileage must be entered; this will be used to calculate the Greenhouse Gas Emission reduction from this program

  • Each day carpooling counts as 1 “ride”.  Drivers and riders can get different “ride” points.

  • Drivers with 2 or more employee passengers will receive 2 points each day driven.  Riders will receive 1 point for each day carpooled.

• Ride “points” will be added up by employee to determine if incentives have been achieved. (Incentive levels included on tracking sheet)
