Your Pay – Important Information

YOUR PAY

 

There are three different ways to be paid:

  • Pay Card
  • Active (green) Paper Check
  • Direct Deposit

 

The default setting for pay is a pay card.  If you choose not to receive a pay card, you are able to choose one of the other pay options (direct deposit or paper check) by logging into my.vailresorts.com.

User ID = 6 digit employee ID#

Default password is Pswd**** (****= last 4 digits of your social security number).

Once logged in go to: main menu/self service/payroll and compensation/pay options.  From there, you can choose to change from a pay card to a paper check or set up direct deposit.

 

Direct Deposit:

When setting up direct deposit, please note that it can take up to 2 – 3 pay periods for it to load.  Once you set up your account number and

routing number, that information needs to be verified and confirmed by your bank.  Until your direct deposit is active, you will receive an active

paper check attached to a blank pay card.

 

Active Paper Check:

If you choose to receive a paper check, or until your direct deposit is confirmed from your bank and active, you can obtain your pay check at

your ski school admin office.  You will need to sign for your check at the time of pick up.

 

Pay Cards

Once again, if you choose no pay options or your pay options are not submitted correctly, you will receive an active pay card.  All pay cards come

with instructions.  It is your responsibility to contact Bank of America to activate your pay card.

 

You also have the option to change your pay options at anytime.  Just remember, it can take a few pay periods for the correct option to update and activate.

 

If you have any questions regarding pay or hours please contact your Ski and Snowboard School admin.

 

Additionally, it is your responsibility to check your pay daily to ensure its accuracy. If there are discrepancies please contact an Admin BEFORE the end of the Pay period.
