Meditation Reminder

Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to be more mindful, maybe even to learn to meditate? Come join us on Wednesdays (except Feb. 28) from 5:00-5:30 in the Beaver Creek Employee Lounge. Caroline Sheahan will share ideas on mindfulness and lead gently guided meditation sessions. Give your brain a break! People who meditate regularly report they are 20-30% more efficient and 50% less stressed.  Meditation provides the tools to navigate everything we complain about: fear, boredom, loss, envy, pain, sadness, confusion, and doubt.
