Beaver Creek Pro’s,
Now is the time to start getting next year’s bookings in order. If you have already been in touch with your clients and have their dates for next season, please contact the reservation staff at (970) 754-5332 (instructor ONLY number) or email them in to us at: bcskischool@vailresorts.com. If you would prefer, we are happy to speak directly with your guests. Have them contact us at 970-754-5300 or bcskischool@vailresorts.com.
When we receive the reservation early we can get it booked and confirmed before the doors open. This helps us and the guest by getting their reservation complete early. If you need client information, please contact the reservation staff and they will be happy to send you the reports with all of the guest information on them.
Please, double-check with returning guests before you commit yourself to someone new!! If your clients contact ski school, we will tell them that we cannot book you without your permission and we will not confirm a booking for them until we have contacted you.
BOOKING DEADLINES FOR BEAVER CREEK INSTRUCTORS FOR 2014-2015 SEASON: (Note: Our deadlines may be earlier than other PODs because of our demand for private lessons.)
Christmas: November 15, 2014 (Prior to opening day)
President’s Week: January 3, 2015
Spring Break: January 15, 2015
After the fifteenth of November you will be scheduled according to business projections: this means we may book you on an assignment when you really would rather be with your request client.
