Emma is not a real person. Emma is an interactive mountain assistant who uses artificial intelligence to answer a wide range of guests’ questions about their ski vacation. This information is sourced from resort website and from the collective knowledge of our employees.
You can receive your EpicMix stats from Emma by asking simple questions like “how much did I ski today” or “what are my stats” and then texting her the number on the front of your season pass or lift ticket.
Emma is available at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Whistler Blackcomb. You will be asked to specify which resort you are at before Emma will answer a question.
Employees are encouraged to TEST EMMA. If there is an issue or an error, we want to know. The more you test, the smarter she will get.
