2018/2019 Instructor Performance Appraisal

Feedback is essential for improving performance and goals are fundamental for driving performance to achieve business objectives. In our case we aim to be the world’s best luxury family resort, achieve a destination net promoter score of 76, and have the highest ski & snowboard school satisfaction scores. In order to get there we have set 4 performance goals that will make up 50% of the overall evaluation score. The other 50% of the performance appraisal will be evaluating on our values based competencies; Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun. There is also opportunity to create an unrated Individual Development Plan for those that take advantage of it. Below is the definition of our performance goals and their weighting. If you have any questions or would like to discuss goals or create an Individual Development Plan, please reach out to your supervisor.
